Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum
Aviation museum located in Anchorage at the Lake Hood float plane base. Displays historic aircraft, aviation artifacts, and memorabilia that have contributed to the development and progress of aviation in Alaska.
Alaska Botanical Garden
Wildflower trail, rock, herb and perennial garden. One mile nature trail with interpretive signs. Guided tours Wednesday and Saturday at 1 pm from June-August. Shop in nursery, gift shop. Open year round.
